Dear members will you call a late presentation when the presentation of documents "copies" showing an on board date that is over 21 days the presentation day?

Thanks for your comments

Hi,

UCP 600 articles on transportation are applicable for "original" documents. It would be good if you could elaborate LC requirements and documents presented.
However to answer your question as presented, it is not a late presentation as we are not required to infer from a copy document. For all you know, the original may have been corrected and authenticated as per UCP requirements.

Would be great to hear from other members of the Forum.

Thanks

Paragraph A6 c of ISBP for UCP 600, answers to your question.
However, this would depend of the exact wording in the L/C as it will prevail over the UCP 600.
