Hi
The issuing bank check the document and found it discrepant and then sends mt734 within 5 banking days to the benrficiary bank.
After few days, the beneficiary bank resend the few documents within the presentation period by making it compliant.
My concern is, can this document be treated as a compliant document and is the issuing bank liable to remit the payment treating this as a compliant document?
Note: Discrepancy for the 1st lot document has already been sent.

Re: discrepancy document
Hi Pal,
within the l/c terms, i.e. expiry date and presenation period, the beneficiary may re-present
compliant document in substitution of refused set.

Hi Pal,
IMHO, out-of-pocket fees may be due if the bank has incurred in some cost(labour,Swift, etc),
but it depends on the applicable published list of banking costs.
