Copy or photocopy charter party bl with non negotiable stamp
Copy or photocopy of charter party presented allow by Lc consigned to order and endorsed as per LC , however appear to be stamped with “Non-negotiable” can be consider this A discrepancy?

Hi Pal,
ISBP 745 A6 b, is quite clear, all must be not in conflict .By requiring a photocopy of transport document the applicant and issuing bank renonce to apply to the specific UCP 600 articles and art 14f will be used.
CP Bill of lading already represents a transport document that is not managed/guided by a carrier, being the vessel leased, hired by buyer or seller.

Non-negotiable CPBL has the same effect as a copy of transport document
