incoterms 2000

Incoterms refer to “International Commercial Terms”. These terms are used by traders while coming to an understanding about the roles and responsibilities of each party. The ICC has a publication called “Incoterms 2000” which defines the roles and responsibilities of the buyer and seller under each term that is used.
