Refusal letter from issuing bank

Dear expert

Issuing bank have found document discrepancy and send the refusals letter
we have do immediate action to re submitted documentation to compliant the lc clause.
My questions is issuing bank will accept the 2nd time document and take it as no discrepancy and make payment to beneficiary.

Please check the expiry date and presentation period. Documents can be represented and make compliant if these allow.
