LC reads invoice cpt value

Dear members
I have a case confirm lc requiring invoice:
LC reads invoice cpt value

Invoice presente with CPT - border export country

Should we consider a discrepancy ? Should the cpt term also indicate place of the applicant?

Dear ,

CPT is defined for CROSS BORDER trade. Place should not be beneficiary country. we need to contact IB for clarification as it might have been mistake at their end.

CPT- destination can be applicant place, no issue in that.
