Letetr of Credit payment

I have shipped good under L.C to yemen , however payment has to made by bank in Labnon under instruction from Yamani Bank. Yamani Bank has issued MT 740 but bank of Beruit has no made any SWIFT nor any payment . What course of action should I take as it is almost one month I have received MT 740.

I think you have to claim reimbursement from that bank!
