Dear Expart,

Is it possible to change Beneficiary? Old Beneficiary unable to shipped goods.
What kind of risk factors involve in this type of amendment?

Hi Pal,

possible, by amendment but with consent of all parties involved. Banks are not happy in doing such
amendment, preferable cancellation and issuing of a new doc. credit.
