HI friends,
The issuing bank shows discrepancies on a document and intimate to negotiating bank. Negotiating bank rectify the shown discrepancies and send the revised documents within 5th day to issuing bank. Does this create liability to issuing bank to pay within 5th day treating the document as clean. And also does this waiver the right of issuing bank to levy discrepancy charge just because the document were rectified by negotiating bank and resubmitted within 5th day.

Since the documents was found discrepant on 1st presentation i.b. can levy their discrepancy charge n release pmt within 5th banking day following the date of revised doc presentation.
