12 Million LC requieres invoice made out to the order of applicant , beneficiary invoice presented indicating sold to and made out to the order of cuz applicants name . Next day present revised invoice only showing Sold to name of applicant
Base on your pro expertise will you consider the this invoice discrepant , in my opinion both will be in compliant

I cannot understand why issuing bank prefered wording for Invoice as "MADE OUT TO THE ORDER OF ..." invoice is not an negotiable instrument as far as I know. Next, it is not necessary to indicate to whose favour the invoice will be issued, if it is to be applicant. (ucp 600, 18, a,ii). Unfortunately most of the letter of credits include many unnecessary wordings like this which make LC transactions harder.
If I receive such an invoice I would accept it.
