I have seen single customer transfer messages (MT103) from Tunisia but not sure whether they are for advance payment or cash against goods.

Thank you, Navi, I received an answer from a bank that has a reproffice in Tunis.
central bank prohibits advance payment for goods that will sell on the market.
allows only advance payment for goods destinated to the production, max amount
20.000 TND and espressly requested in the contract.
The bank advises for l/c, but the amount is very little.
