dear gentlemen,
Issuing bank refuses because insurance certificate endorsement signature is missing the company name . do you agree? can you make reference to the ISBP or UCP rule

Hi Pal,

ISBP 745 K19 states that endorsement must be done by the entity...., a signature is personal.
However, please quote the l/c request concerning insurance document.
