Issuing Bank raised a discrepancy signature in the open policy certificate missing to have name of issuer document issue on the stationary of the insurance company

Hi Pal,

Is the document only signed and the name or stamp of the insurance company missing or the certificate is without signature?
In the first case is acceptable being written on insurance company stationery, the second one may be regulated by ISBP 745 para
A35.
Other comments appreciated.
