We have establish LC in see shipment mode and charter party B/L not allowed, and after we checked the B/L came in this first presentation via 'external source, we found the following:
1. Vessel is not in the same rout mentioned in the document
2. Vessel final destination is not as per LC
3. C/O is not registered in the issuance chamber of commerce
Dears, do we have a right to claim for Phantom & Ghost shipment and refuse payment.

a part that art 34 UCP 600 Disclaimer on Effectivenessof Documents, banks, forwarders could help you in discovering if the shipment has been effected. Not ignoring your seller so before stating that there is a fraud.....
Today, due to AML, KYC, KYT parties, including banks, are obliged to investigate.
If it is possible, insert copy of documents, naturally cancelling sensitive data , for general knowledge.
