Dear Experts,

Kindly advise whether the presented insurance document complies with the ISBP article.

LC is silent about the endorsement.

Good day,

we request your opinion

Applicant: ABC
Issuing bank: BCD

Presented insurance document evidence as below.

Insured/Assured: Applicant

and in the body of the insurance document, it states:


Consignee: to the order of issuing bank

Hi Pal,

IMHO the assured is the applicant as referred in the document, the sentence Consignee:to the order of issuing bank may refer to the transport document, consignee has no meaning in insurance document.
