Dear All
Bill of Exchange is drawn on branch of bank. Drawee in MT700 is head office. Is it discrepancy?

Hi Pal,

Speaking of dpcumentary credit art 3 UCP 600 states "Branches of a bank in different countries are considered to be separate banks" so banks branches in one country are to be consider as a unique bank.
