B/L Shows Two Different Reference Numbers:Discrepant???

The L/C is confirmed and under field 46A Documents Required it ask for the 3/3 original b/l’s to be consigned to the issuing bank which states To The Order Of ...................... ending with a reference of RUC 2—————————-9.

The B/L has been issued where it also mentions another RUC number in the description of goods and packaging, a totally different RUC number to that shown in the above.

Note the description of goods under the field of 45A of the L/C does not mention any reference to a RUC number, this is only required to be mentioned in the consignee field as required under the l/c terms.

The documents have been presented to the bank to be checked and they have informed the Bill of Lading shows two different RUC numbers and it is discrepant.

Please advise in your opinion the B/L is discrepant due to two different RUC numbers being shown in the b/l.
