if a credit has a clause like "documents are to be presented within 21 days of shipment", does the term document overwrite the UCP article 14c and require presentation of document with in 21 days even original transport documents are sent to the applicant earlier directly?

Documents Imply all documents as specified in the credit. If the DC permits despatch of one original to applicant directly (which defeats the purpose of LC) then the remaining transport docs and other docs as specified must be submitted with 21 days of shipment
