"to order" B/L
If LC called for B/L consigned "to order" , but Beneficiary presents B/L consigned "to order of shipper", Is it a discrepancy?

No difference

TO ORDER B/L
IT IS DISCREPANCY, UNLESS THE SHIPPER ENDORSE THE B/L.
