intended port of discharge

Dear Expert,

May I ask for your opinion of the following :

L/C called for
- full set clean on board ocean bill of lading
- shipment from any Korean port to Haifa port

Beneficiary submitted 3/3 B/L indicating
Place of receipt (pre-printed wording) : Busan, port, Korea
Port of loading (pre-printed wording): Busan port, Korea
Intended port of discharge (pre-printed wording): Haifa port, Israel
Place of delivery (pre-printed wording): Haifa port, Israel

Is it vaild to cite the discrepancy - B/L not showing the actual port of discharge?
Is there any ICC comment on this issue? UCP 500 articles have much clear description on this issue but UCP 600 seems to be focus on 'intended port of loading' rather than 'intended port of discharge'.

Thank you for your assistance.

Regards,
ucp800

port of discharge is always an intended one whether bill of lading mentions the word or not. there is no discrepancy
