COURIER RECEIPT PRESENTED SHOWING APPLICANT’S ADDRESS DIFFER FROM L/C.
(REMARK: SAME COUNTRY ONLY)
MAY I TREAT IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE?
For your information:
UCP 600 ARTICLE 14
j. When the addresses of the beneficiary and the applicant appear in any stipulated document, they need not be the same as those stated in the credit or in any other stipulated document, but must be within the same country as the respective addresses mentioned in the credit. Contact details (telefax, telephone, email and the like) stated as part of the beneficiary's and the applicant's address will be disregarded. However, when the address and contact details of the applicant appear as part of the consignee or notify party details on a transport document subject to articles 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 or 25, they must be as stated in the credit.

Hi,
Because the request in credit is mentioning only Applicant, courier receipt is acceptable as per Article 14 j.
If they would have mentioned the address alongwith Applicant in that request then in courier receipt address of the applicant should be as stated in credit.

courier receipt and art.25
Hi there,
With yr case, i think the courier receipt is not covering the transport of the goods required by the credit, so it isnt covered by art.25 and therefore it must not be as stated in the cedit , and this will be considered

In the context of the credit that courier receipt is not the document for which the address 'as stated in the credit' to apply and therefore I would consider document acceptable
