Re: Partial Shipment Vs Partial Drawing in UCP
Dear all,
i have found some cases in my branch as follows:
the beneficiary has shppied the goods under three separate bill of lading with three diferrent vessel within stipulated shipment date of the credit(so partial shipment allowed).
but the beneficiary combined all of the shipping document under a bill of exchange(so no partial drawing)
.
regards
nesar
