hi,
i was going through the UCP 600 transport article while i found that charter party bill of lading has no references to transshipment. why is that?

Hi pal
if you charter a vessel, than you manage it from port of loading till port of discharge, so there are no transhipment.
If you ship your goods by a normal vessel you accept that sometimes this vessel has connection with other vessel to reach the stipulated destination(feeder -mother vessel), so transhipment are necessary to complete the voyage, it is important that insurance and carrier's liability cover transhipments.
