Hi Pals,

an l/c was valid by deferred payment at 90 days from transport documents date with the advising bank, not confirmed.
A presenting bank sent documents to the advising bank, that inform it about discrepancy:
-Invoice shows payment terms not as per l/c.
In effect invoice shows in payment terms box :"Irrevocable documentary credit at 90 days net"
Is it discrepant or not?
Art 14 d is clear documents must not conflict.
The presenting bank indicate in the cover letter maturity at 90 days from road transport document

in my opinion, its an additional information and should be disregarded. by the way, whats a "net"

I think that the seller intend "without discount"or "without interest for 90 days".
