Would you transfer a LC after the latest date of shipment?
If yes, then would you transfer a credit with shipment schedule after the latest shipment date for the first installment?

shipment schedule
Hi all,
i personal think that we can do that because UCP permits a document maybe dated prior to the issuance date of credit provided that not later than presentation date.
Regarding to shipment schedule in transferable LC, i pay more attention to transfer credit more than one 2nd beneficiary because it is not safely unless i only transfer to one 2nd beneficiary that ship the total quantity of this schedule or i exculde article 32.
yr comments are highly appropriate !
