DISCREPANCY QUOTED BY ISSUING BANK
CERT. OF ORIGIN ISSUED BY CENTRAL FINLAND CHAMBER OF COMMERCE SHOWING COUNTRY OF ORIGIN OF GOODS :
EUROPEAN COMMUNITY BUT WITHOUT SPECTIFY THE SPECIFIC COUNTRY.
PLEASE COMMENT WHETHER THE DISCREPANCIES ARE VALID OR NOT.

181. A requirement for a certificate of origin will be satisfied by the presentation of a signed, dated document that certifies to the origin of the goods.

The discrepancy quoted by issuing bank is invalid. If issuing bank is so particular about the specific country, they should have called it in the LC. Please refute the discrepancy .
