Contract Of Affreightment

Hi,
I am the new joiner this forum.
Recently, I came across charter party bill of lading in which it is mentioned as " FREIGHT PAYABLE AS PER COA". Here COA means contract of affreightment. But LC calls that Charter party bill of lading should be mentioned FREIGHT PAYABLE. Is it discrepancy if it mentions as per former on the BL.
