Please clarify where the Transferable Credit is applicable?

I understand your qn as "When Transfer credit is applicable?" as it is not clear what you are asking

LC is transferable if it says 'Irrevocable and Transferable"(Field 40E) in case of restricted L/c
In case of Freely available L/c Issuing Bank must clearly specify the bank which can effect transfer
