Is ICC Opinion R212 Still Valid?

dear nesar,
right now i can see how tough it can be to answer such a simple looking question. anyway, still there is no official opinion of ICC that superset the opinion. so i guess its still alive. my argument is based on the following facts -
starting with a layman's one :lol: -
1. generally whenever a new opinion comes, ICC usually quotes "this opinion superset ...." there is none so far
2. the most recent opinion on non documentary condition, ta644 is silent on the issue.
personally i think the opinion will survive the NDC test. because NDC is not a general rule. the wording, other documents asked for etc could play significant role. the wording and nature of requirement of R212 is such that its not a NDC even though it seems so.
