Hi Pal,
Incoterms consider the main freight cost, but the maritime industry offers more services that have an additional cost.
Probably Free On Board Trimmed, Cost and Freight Liner Out orCost and Freight Free Out, indicate specific fees to be paid by buyer and/or seller at loading or discharge port.
From UCP point of view oer better ISBP 681 points 89, 113 , 133 the insertion of such terms, if not authorized in the l/c , cause
discrepancy.
Other comments appreciated

Dear Picant,
What will happen if credit does not statet hat costs additional to freight are not acceptable .
Does this additional qualification still consider as discrepant.

Hi Pals,
quoting the points of ISBP I meant that if the additional costs to freight are not acceptable, if the l/c is silent the additional costs in a trasport documents dont make the document discrepant, art 26c UCP 600 .
Sorry, I am not native speaker !
Thanks and Ciao
