dear all,

do you see any problem if a LC is transmitted by SWIFT but its amendments are transmitted by mail?

i see no problem as long as the advising bank can authenticate the message

It's really a bit odd to see such circumstance. Just like the other's comments here, it's okay if the sigature is authentic.
