What Is Meaning Of "Data" In UCP600?

Dear all,
From the chinese version of UCP600 , the word "data" just means numerals or figures. I am wondering if it contains other meaning, say, the contents of documents.

The original language of Publication 600 is English.
If you happen to google a while over the internet you will find several dictionaries explaining each word you are looking for.

I am chinese. And some translation is really troublesome. I wish I could speak and read just like a native speaker. Since I've never been abroad, that could just be a dream.
