AND COPY/PHOTOCOPY YOUR REMITTANCE LETTER TO

PLS help me with such clause "COPY/PHOTOCOPY YOUR REMITTANCE LETTER ". Wether this document is forwarded by beneficiary or bank?

Although the word ' your' in swift message is interpreted as the receiver (e.g. advising bank) the beneficiary, by virtue of art. 6a can make a presentation directly to issuing bank and a copy of their remittance letter to be sent to the other bank.
All in all, he who makes a presentation to issuing bank should perform the second task (forwarding a photocopy of remittance letter to the other bank)

A remittacnce cover is a document for claiming proceeds.
