dear all,

I appreciate if you asist me in this issue that what 'freight by collect' means.I just requested specifications and price list on one product and the shipper sent it me it. in part 'sample quotation' it reads that :7-10working days,freight by collect.

Hi Pal,

IMHO, freight by collect is an unusual term for Freight to collect as opposit to freight prepaid.
