Dear Experts,

a. Kindly provide your opinion on the below ('''') if possible please provide small example
b. why two requirement on this, where one says paragraph need not be exact, another says exact

If a standby requires :
a statement without specifying precise wording, then the wording in the document
presented must appear to convey the same meaning as that required by the standby ;
specified wording by the use of quotation marks, blocked wording, or an attached exhibit or form,
then typographical errors in spelling, punctuation, spacing, or the like that are
apparent when read in context are not required to be duplicated and

'''blank lines or spaces for data may be completed in any manner not inconsistent with the standby'' ;
or
specified wording by the use of quotation marks, blocked wording, or an attached exhibit or form, and also provides that the specified wording be 밻xact

Dinesh
