Bank's Mistakes In Documents' Examination

As beneficiary , how can I refuse discrepancies raised against my documents , and is there is any rules protect beneficiaries from bank's mistakes in documents' examination .

Dear raseen,
If you (as beneficiary) think that your docs. were refused due to discrepancies which were in fact complying, you may sue the bank which raised discrepancy. That's the only way as far as I can recommend.

i think you should first try a return swift where you / your bank will say why are you refusing the raised discrepancies and what are your logics. if you are correct, the issuing bank should have no problem in accepting it
