Dear All,

two days back i received a document which shows the followings

1. Certificate of origin shows quantity higher than the LC. is it ok?
2. Invoice shows, "Document negotiated at xxx bank. though i received the document from the same bank but is it something to be written on the invoice?
3. The LC says "Notify us and the applicant". The BL shows only our banks name (without address) and applicant name (with address) as notify party. is it acceptable?

regards

berry

1. the certificate of origin is discrepant.
2. I see no problem

3. it depends. does the LC calls for a to the order issuing bank BL? i mean if your bank's name and address are clearly indicated on some part of the bill of lading i see no problem
