Truck Consignment Note and Delivery Note in Same LC

Hi all,

I have some questions, other may also provide us with their question if any:

Q1) Why would a client request Truck Consignment Note and Delivery Note in same LC?
Q2) In case the shipment will be from a city to another city in the same country, are Incoterms used under these situation?
Q3) If Q2 is yes, what Incoterms that are suitable to use?

About Q2-3;
2; Yes incoterms can be used.
3; EXW can be used for example. All other types include custom charges and permission so they may be considered as a confliction.

Dear expert.
Q-1.
A. When trade between two countries by Road Truck Consignment Note or truck receipt must be presented as a Road transport Document [Article-24 of UCP 600].
b. Delivery Note may be used in the LC when trade occurred within the countries.
Q.2. Incoterms will be EXW
