Sorry, but very strange question... :o

It was requested that delivered to be goods of MAINLAND CHINA ORIGIN.

But as per docs shipped are godds of INDIA ORIGIN.

i guess we all find that too easy. i will try to make it bit complex.

description of goods:....... china origin

COO to be issued by the chamber of commerce of the exporting country.

thats all. nothing else is written in the lc. what is your opinion now?

It is right what Shariar says.
What is the problem is Beneficiary says that Goods are of Mainland China origin.It is not necessary that goods imported from India should be India origin.
