HELLOW EVERYBODY
WE OFTEN SAID TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BUT CAN ONE EXPLAIN ME WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TERMS AND CONDITIONS.OR IS IT SIMILIAR.

Hi!

IMHO, it's only established words combination and nothing else.

The meaning of "terms and conditions" is the same as just solely "terms" and "conditions".
