Hi!

if a charter party Bill of lading shows "loading on board 010109 to 030109" is it ok to consider to 030109 as the date of shipment or will you require an shipped on board notation?

in my opinion, a simple on board notation with date should do the job given the there is no reference of more the one vessel or port of loading. a look at the document would have been better. by the way, i guess we are talking about a charter party bill of lading here since the question is about "loading in board". the congenbill has no space for voyage no. in fact there is no requirement in UCP600 to mention the voyage no on a bill of lading.
