Could you explain us FIATA Bill of LADING - ISSUING PART , or THEIR AGENT to ISSUE, WHAT is STAND of FIATA B/L in context with UCP600.Who will sign or capacity.

FIATA means(in French) "Fédération Internationale des Associations de Transitaires et Assimilés", (in English) "International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations". it is an association of freight forwarders. for detail you may check this one as well
