Dear All


Insurance certificate quotes the expiry date without any further explaination regarding the expiry date ,kindly confirm is it a discrepancy or not .Can i know any icc opinion case number on the same .

It depends on the specific wording relating the expiry date. If it is referring to the expiry date of shipment in the L/C ，not relating to the latest date for claiming, then it can be accepted.
