Hi All.
Shipment in containers - Shipped on Board date is xxx . Certificate of Origin is issued with dated prior to shipped on board date but after LC issuance date. LC States " All documents called for under this credit must bear an issuance date which should not be prior to the issuance date of this credit". Will above be a discrepancy?? pls advice.

IMO, It is acceptable and complied with LC terms and
no discrepancy.

"credit must bear an issuance date which should not be prior to the issuance date of this credit". So it indicates prior to the issuance date and not prior "shipped o board date" so everything is ok.
