Confirmation From Nominated Bank On Previous Presentation

thank you in advance for your help in the following case your prompt reply is highly appreciated:
If Documents Are Presented To The Issuing Bank By The Beneficiary Or Non-Nominated Bank, Will The Issuing Bank Inquire Of The Nominated Bank For Confirmation Of No Previous Presentation For The Same Goods Or Value?

Hi friend,
If there is a nominated bank in the LC, you have to contact nominated bank to avoid any double presentation. In case you do not, and beneficiary make presentation to nominated bank which complies to LC, you may have to honour that presentation also since nominated bank is the bank nominated in the credit to honour complying presentations.
