Will your bank discount a presentation where cargo receipt is required and issuance bank accepted the presentation.

Cargo receipt doesn't contain title of goods, in that case if LC is confirmed by the bank, then bank must discount other wise depend upon bank to bank practice.

Hi Pals,

it seems to me that we have to discount the acceptance of issuing bank and not the fact that a bank owns the goods via a document of title. However local laws prevail.
