1. If an Export LC MT705 pre-advice is issued for $50000 to a beneficiary and when the full LC MT700 is received the amount was received for $40000, how do i handle this situation? i.e. Do I accept or Reject the LC? an on which grounds, please shed some light on this
2. If I reject the LC what steps shall i take

Hi Pal,

the operative message(MT700) must be made in terms not inconsistent with preadvice.
Pay attention that same terms may reduce other conditions, specially if Optional in MT705.
