Is Truck Waybill Required For LC With Incoterms As Exworks
Is Truck way Bill or Truck Consignment Note required for a Local LC with Inco Terms as 'Ex works' and the Supplier does not have their own ware house and use third party warehouse? My doubt is whether we can use 'Delivery Note' from the supplier instead of Truck way bill? Note that as per Ex works terms, the customer is responsible for picking up the goods from Supplier's warehouse.

Incoterms EXW
Hi Pal,
a part using INCOTERMS in local transactions is not advisable,Truck Waybill or delivery note will be the same, the problem is that you have to trust the person, the company that takes up your goods, specially if these goods are not yet paid.
