Dear All
In the L/C require B/L issue to the order and blank endorse. The B/L present with signature of shipper(without Stamp) on the back of B/L.
Could we consider this B/L not comply to the L/C?
Best Regards

If you are sure....
Hi Pal,
I think that the shipper is typewritten in its box, how does the issuing bank know that the signature belongs to the shipper?
If you are remitting documents ask the presenter to add the name of the shipper on or near the signature.
Let me know

Dear Sir
Thanks for your suggestion, but the B/L present have the shipper signature and the shipper name but doesn't have the company stamp. could we consider this b/l doesn't comply to the L/C?
