Certificate Of Origin Not Dated

Dear friends,

A credit calls for a certificate of origin. Beneficiary presents the certificate of origin without stipulating date. In this case what's yours opinion regarding date of certificate of origin. Is the document discrepant without date?

Hi Pal,

see ISBP 745 par. A4 if the date is necessary or not, then if it is issued by beneficiary, let the latter put the date...
